Women have been said to build up relations faster than males as they do not hesitate and are more than happy to have a large number of friends. When it comes to males they are considered to be reserved and not much interested in developing a friend circle. When you take men into consideration on making a bigger number of friends after they get into a career you will be of the opinion that they are usually bad at it. They have more of school and college friends. But as far as women are concerned they do not take long to make friends even when they pass their teens. Women we can say are more open and talkative and thus have no difficulty in enlarging their circle. Generally men have difficulty in developing male friends, it is only their school and college friends they are friendly with and it is occasionally they meet them. They seem to enjoy life less when it comes to spending time with male friends. Both men and women need to spend time outside their relationship. The need space for themselves so as to understand them as individuals and their relationship. Spending too much of time with one particular person and not interacting socially with others makes a person narrow his or her thoughts. It becomes necessary to enlarge ones circle so that you have a broader… Our concern is to encourage males to create a friend circle and not wait for their old school or college friends to come and spend some time with them. Men should be encouraged to make friends where there are working. You as the sole partner should always welcome his colleges when they come home and let him have a great time with his new friends. It is necessary to give some space to your partner and let him have a healthy and bright mind. A change from the routine is necessary for the mind to feel fresh. Each one of us requires a change in life, a change from one another. Too much time spent with each other reduces the value and worth for your partner. You tend to take your partner for granted. It is with such a factor in mind that supplies of meat and other foods are heading into super productions. Can you imagine eggs-laying hens are now manipulated to lay more than one egg a day? These hens are fed with highly fortified minerals and hormone boosters that induce the hens to lay 2 to 3 eggs a day. One day, man will invent eggs laying machines, I wonder if one will live long enough to dare to taste one.. What about the supply of chicken meats? The demand of chicken meats in our market has encouraged more farmers to go into rearing them in commercial scales that purely target for meats. These farmers could not afford any loss so these chicken are fed by pellets of noxious industrial feed laced with hormones and antibiotics. Growth hormones are given to fasten the growth of the chicken while antibiotics to prevent these chicken from getting ill and dying. No farmers are willing to accept any loss. Can you imagine that?” Some fast-food restaurants require only 26 days old chicken to be fried and served to the customers. Most of us never looked into the actual origin of these foods. Spring chickens are also in demand in some restaurants. I wonder if you have had personally participated in the rearing and slaughtering of those chicken that you yourself will be brave enough to eat them. So, it is best that one tries to ‘discover the truth’ of these chicken meats that nearly all housewives cook for their lunch or dinner. And feeding their family members with growth hormones and antibiotics found left in chicken meats. These meats are actually endangering our health one way or other. Housewives should be alerted about these truths. Knowing or unknowing, we ought not to go for too much meat dishes for our meals. Too much of anything is never too good. Free-range chickens? yes, here is the only source of healthy meats. They are not only healthy but very delicious and fresh. Free-range chickens are still found in some rural areas. They are fed with corn and left to roam in the farm in search for worms and insects and can only be eaten after 6 months. One would be lucky if one can get reliable sources from trusted friends. Free-range eggs are real nutritious protein sources too. Because of this, some farmers also rear their own supposing free-ranged chickens for sale. Do not be cheated by those vendors that promised you of farm-raised chickens and sold to unaware customers at a most unreasonable price. Look at its beak, are they ‘maimed’ and its feet, old enough to grow another ‘tip’? These birds though resembled free-ranged chicken are actually reared in a bigger cage than jail-birds. They are also fed with those ‘drugs’ to boost their immune system and grow as fast as it could. The only difference perhaps is that these breeds are local and looks more slender and tall. Think twice, why are we taking these risks in endangering our family or loved ones with these chicken meats? If they are from unknown sources, I would advice you not to spend unnecessary money to purchase unhealthy foods. Money spent can be easily earned, but health lost cannot be that easily replaced. By Taffy Wagner Being unemployed can lead to depression. I remember being concerned that when my husband became unemployed he would become depressed. Once you become unemployed several things could go through your mind: 1) you could think it was your fault you no longer have a job; 2) you are worthless; 3) you are causing your family to incur debt; 4) think no one will hire you; and 5) you have no motivation to go and look for a job. You sit at home and these thoughts bombard your mind over and over. The more you focus on these thoughts; it can lead you to become depressed. What can you do to pull yourself out of this depression? 1) look at your accomplishments prior to losing your job; 2) believe that you can do better than before you lost your job; 3) research your local paper, contact colleagues and find out if there are in leads on jobs in your field; 4) begin networking which might be new for you. I remember I had not really experienced networking in one particular job I had because of the nature of the job. One I lost that job and had to start over, I learned all about networking. You have to change your mind set about your situation. See it as an opportunity to do something different as well as putting new foundations in place. While you are unemployed put some systems in place that will lead to success. One of the areas that you will have to adjust is your finances. How do you spend your money? Are there items you can cut out in order to save money? When people work outside of the home, they eat out a lot for lunches. Now that you are unemployed, develop a menu plan. This will reduce the amount of times you go out to eat on a weekly basis. Maybe you and your family were eating out a lot. Once you develop this menu plan, you could see the benefits of doing this long term. The additional bonus to this is once you return to work, you will see how much you have saved and could potentially continue to do this. Another item that could save you money is reducing the number of times you go out to the movies. Going to the movies can be expensive for two people as well as a family of four. It would be cheaper to buy a DVD once the movie comes out or rent the movie. It is not necessary to see it when it first comes out. Could you take that money and put it towards something else that you need. Earlier I mentioned networking. Try to plan to network on one day and maximize your time. For example, if you see several groups on one day then that will save you time and reduce the amount you are spending on gas. Little ways of saving money adds up to a lot over a period of time. Do not let your situation cause you to be depressed. Begin making healthy decisions and seek opportunities to fill your mind with the possibilities of new employment, whether you work for someone else or start your own business. Turbulence Training-A New Twist On An Old Idea

In actuality, more and more elite trainers are ditching the “old school” ways of cardiovascular exercise and switching over to interval training and full body workouts to faciliate the fat burning process.
